Lag Test v1.1

Lag test is a basic plugin made by 1 person. This plugin simply receives a command and reply's with a message in order to view the server response time.

This plugin simply on command replies with a message in which shows you how much delay a server may have, This may also be caused by a user-side connection problem. It may also vary depending on where you are connecting for and where it is hosted.
