Know how laggy your server is!

Do you run a server? Do you want to know much lag your server has? Then this plugin is for you! With one single command you can know if its lagging. How does it do this you ask? Well when you type the command /lagtest, it has a simple timer that returns in the MS, this shows you how much ping the server has.
