Command Blocker (With TabComplete Removal)

A very simple plugin for a problem I had
I found that even after I had given users permissions and removed other permissions, they were still able to access command lists from using / (Tab)
Along side that, some plugins have their own "No permissions" message so users are able to figure out what plugins you have by typing in common commands and seeing what comes back with a error and what comes back with a "No perms"
The config has a permission structure, so you can give different players different levels of commands
You can create your own permission nodes in the config
This plugin will have a single config file where you can enter a list of commands the player is allowed to use
OP bypasses the check so can run any commands
This plugin has been tested on 1.16.5
If you find any bugs let me know and ill fix it when I can, or if you want support for different versions which it doesnt work with.
Please note, if you use bungeecord, the plugin wont apply to commands given by that as it happens between the server and the player
I am working on a fix for that, but so far its not as easy as with bukkit due to the differences in the code

Permissions:
CommandBlocker.Bypass = bypasses this plugins checks, (note this doesnt give the player all permissions, just disabled the checks for that player)
CommandBlocker.Reload = Allow player to reload config
CommandBlocker.UpdateNotify = Notify the player when there is a update (OP gets update by default)
