A PVP Plugin designed to make PVP a more viable option in survival minecraft. Normally, players have the ability to teleport away with all their belongings when they are worried they will be raided. This plugin has the aim of making it more similar to the game Rust, disabling TP (or any configurable command name) commands from essentials (/tp, /home, /spawn) and also disables block breaking. The range of disable for teleport and breaking is configurable in the config. 

Requires Vault.

Current Features:

• Disabling TP commands within user definable blocks from players in config. Can also set those commands (which go for any essentials command...) but I haven't tested that.
• Offline raid protection with /dthome - set a home to make block breaking difficult even when you're offline. 
• Disabling block breaking within user definable blocks from other players and /dthome in config.
• Built in parties, that allows players to prevent disabling commands around those in the same party.
• Treaties between players for a temporary exception from teleport disables, but not break disables.
• Active for all worlds by default, but the ability to exempt worlds in the config.

Commands:

• /dthome - sets a home to your position that acts as a disable breaking player position whether offline or online. Limit one per player. Bigger parties have an advantage here.
• /party - lists all players in your party.
• /party list - lists all existing parties.
• /party sethome - sets the home for your party.
• /party home - teleports to your party home.
• /party leave - leaves your party.
• /party kick [player] - kicks a player from your party.
• /party invite [player] | /party accept - invites or accepts an invite to your party.
• /party create [name] - creates a party.
• /treaty [player] | /treaty accept - creates a treaty with another online player.

All command permissions are dtnp.COMMANDNAME.
