1. LIABILITY
THIS PLUGIN IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITH NO WARRANTIES, IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE. THE OWNER OF THIS PLUGIN TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES INCURRED FROM THE USE OF THIS PLUGIN. THIS PLUGIN ALTERS FUNDAMENTAL PARTS OF THE CRAFTBUKKIT SERVER, PARTS OF CRAFTBUKKIT MAY NOT WORK WITH THIS PLUGIN INSTALLED. ALL DAMAGES CAUSED FROM THE USE OR MISUSE OF THIS PLUGIN FALL ON THE USER.

2. USE
Use of this PLUGIN to be installed, manually or automatically, is given to the USER without restriction.

3. REDISTRIBUTION
This PLUGIN may only be distributed where uploaded, mirrored, or otherwise linked to by the OWNER solely. All mirrors of this mod must have advance written permission from the OWNER. ANY attempts to make money off of this PLUGIN (including by not limited to selling, selling modified versions, adfly, sharecash, etc.) are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, and the OWNER may claim damages or take other action to rectify the situation.

4. DERIVATIVE WORKS/PLUGINIFICATION
This PLUGIN is provided freely and source code is available. This PLUGIN and its source code may modified for private use only. Private use, in this context, is defined and limited to installation on the USER's personal computer and without any monetary gain unless advance written permission from the OWNER is given. Public distribution of modified versions of this PLUGIN require advance written permission of the OWNER and may be subject to certain terms.

5. INACTIVE PROJECT CLAUSE
CraftBukkit or Curse administrators or moderators may appoint 1 person as a Maintainer to this PLUGIN if the PLUGIN becomes INCOMPATIBLE with the latest Recommended Version of CraftBukkit due to inactivity for a period of over 2 months. INCOMPATIBLE is defined to be the state in which the existing functions of the plugin no longer function as intended due to a change in CraftBukkit, and is not a lack of new functionalities or features. The OWNER must be given 1 week of notice through an email to "Scyntrus@gmail.com" with subject "INACTIVE CRAFTBUKKIT PROJECT" and reserves the right to deny the request and/or remove any person added to the project. If the OWNER does not respond to said email, it is assumed to be an approval. The Maintainer is given permission to modify code for the PLUGIN obtained from GitHub.com or decompilation of said PLUGIN and upload an updated version of the PLUGIN to the BukkitDev project page and nowhere else. The Maintainer must disclose any code derived from the PLUGIN upon request of the OWNER. The OWNER reserves the right to remove any person or persons added to the project.
