Torch Of Notch

what is Torch of Notch?
-We all know the blaze rods, cool item but useless (except for the blaze powder), this plugin makes blaze rods usefull!
With this plugin you can easily switch diffrent "modes" . This is an admin tool only!

Usage

To use the torch you need the permission torch.use, the default torch item is a blaze rod (configurable), when you have that permission then do: /n toggle, now your torch is on, when you leftclick you will switch between the modes, when performing a rightclick you will perform the effect bound to the current mode.

Commands

Torch of Notch only has 2 commands:
/notch - This will display the help "menu".
/notch toggle - This will toggle the torch on or off.

Permissions

Just 1 single permission:

notch.use - with this you can use the torch.
(op's can auto-use the tool)

Current modes

At the moment there are 8 modes:
Lightning: This will strike a lightning at the location you are looking at.
Explosion: This will create an explosion at the place you are looking at.
Nuke: Will create huge explosion.
FireWorks: Will play diffrent firework colors, thanks to codename_b's FireworkEffectPlayer.
Teleport: Teleports you to the location you are looking at.
SmallFireBall: Will shoot a small fireball.
FireBall: Shoot a fireball.
Arrow: Shoot an arrow (I tried to improve the velocity so the arrows go faster and reach a higher distance, there is a chance the arrow will fly in diffrent directions.)

If you want a specific mode to be added then please send me a pm and I will do my best to add it. :p

Config

Torch of Notch has a config now. Currently you can configurate 2 things: Metrics and the torch item.
The default torch item is a blaze rod. Metrics is enabled by default, please do not disable this. By using metrics I have some kind of support on who and how many people use Torch of Notch.
