This plugin is in it's very early stages. I am working hard on it to make it the best Wither Management plugin out there. I am open to suggestions and work to get builds out as fast as I can. This started just because I needed a plugin to disable Withers all together on my server while I tested them. As time went on I began to add more to it and felt that it had potential to be a great plugin that others could benefit from. Without further ado, here is WitherManagement.

Use OtherDrops's file for anti-mob-farming, or NoFarm for this. Both of these (if they are updated) work very well against players farming mobs.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I have begun working on v1.1 and am proud to say the following things are being added / have already been added.
Config File! The config file will manage a few things.
You can decide what world(s) the Wither is allowed to be created in.
You can enable or disable the explosions from the Wither Skulls / Fireballs. (Having issues with the enabling / disabling of the Spawning explosions)
The plugin will probably be renamed to WitherManagement. Some more planned features include:
Ability to change Wither drops.
Ability to turn on naturally spawning withers (With a percentage)
Found a bug - After the soulsand disappears, if you try to walk where it was you'll start to glitch. If you place another block where the sand was, it will turn into soulsand. You have to place that block and break it to fix the glitch.

Posted Oct 29, 2012What I would like to see is, the ability to control the spawning of wither skeletons as well controlling how often the wither skulls drop.
Players are already creating wither head farming machines by building mob grinders with Netherbrick.

Just, as you say, a little config file to choose world when we allow Wither's spawn and, why not, permission to "create" a wither, and it's perfect :)
