The main use for this plugin is to add emeralds to mob drops, however you can change the item, quantity, drop rate, and even which mobs drop at all in the config.yml. I've also added an option for adding drops to tall grass blocks.
Usage
The plugin uses the config.yml to decide what to drop and how frequently to drop it. for example
CaveSpidersDropLoot: True // Set this to false to stop any special drops from this mobtype. CaveSpiderLoot: 388 //ItemID of the loot you want dropped. CaveSpiderLootQTY: 1 //How many you want it to drop. CaveSpiderLootChance: 100 //the percent chance it will drop.
this means that a cave spider will always drop 1 emerald in addition to what ever regular drops they'd normally have.

Posted Dec 28, 2013You should this plugin configurable so that only certain monsters in certain worlds have a droprate chance.
E.G. Endermen in the end DO NOT drop enderpearls but in the overworld and underworld they do Just a suggestion :D

Posted Aug 14, 2013The config file doesn't work for me. I went thru and edited the whole config file so that some mobs don't drop loot and some mobs drop loot at a 50% chance. But when I saved it and restarted my server all the mobs still dropped loot on a 100% chance! Please fix!

Haha thank you, I have more suggestions.
Perhaps a money bridge as well. Not only can you drop items but also money! Add a way to make one mob drop multiple items! Make the item dropped from killed players come from their inventory, if they don't have it, it doesn't drop. Otherwise you will have PvP farming. Lastly, a way to update config.yml on plugin update. I had to dump the old config to get the new one.

I can see this plugin taking off simply because other mod drop plugins have died out. Like ecocreature and Mob Drop. This is one of the few remaining.

Uploaded the updated .jar Added all the mobs, even peaceful ones. Now you can enjoy killing harmless bats for emeralds... you monster.

and options for flowers and shrooms and also crops would be nice... you may want to make that 2 different files then... one for plants and one for mobs ;)

Posted Mar 18, 2013Awesome Plugin. Thank you, so fucking simple, lol. I love it! However, you're forgetting lots of mobs. Blazes, Pigmen, Ghasts, Wolfs, All Peacefull Mobs Also perhaps adding a bridge to Mob Arena allowing us to block these drops in the arena.
