Hi, I'm HeXeRei452, the new manager of QuickTools, I'm planning on adding in features that you, the community, want to see as well as things that I feel is useful. If you're asking why there isn't any new files, the reason is I am currently in the process in modifying the plugin to the way that I like to develop things, this takes a long time due to the size of the project!

- Compatible with the new permissions bridge
- Separate player configuration files
- Lightweight, good for smaller servers
- Option to turn QuickTools commands on or off in the config
- Configurable /say and /announce prefixes
- Configurable amount of homes that can be set for normal users

Installing the plugin on your server
- Simply put the QuickTools.jar into your plugins folder and start or reload the server

If you could PM me a paste of your homes.yml so I can look at it, I can try and pinpoint the problem. I'm not sure if the problem is in the way the plugin saves the file or the way that it is reading it.

Posted Feb 6, 2014Thanks for the lagg fix! Especially nice considering the fact that I thought it only happened when both duplicate ip's were on the server at the same time but this was not the case.
Delhome still isn't working for me though, tried deleting the old home.yml didn't help.

Alright, I am just about to upload the fixed version of the plugin. I believe I have mended the problem you were experiencing. If you need the update of the plugin, you can get them on the 'development builds' section of this page. If you are still experiencing the problem, I would suggest deleting or manually removing the home from the file so the plugin can have a fresh start in setting up a new one.

I have disabled this feature in the code as I can see when there are a lot of player files, it has to search every one. I am not sure why it said the player names so I will look into it. To get the update quickly before BukkitDev approves it, you can obtain it on the 'development builds' section of this page. Hope I fixed the problems!

Posted Feb 4, 2014Having the same issues as gamermomoe. Also been having a couple issues since I installed this plugin. First every minute or so the console gets spammed with all players online

Also and more importantly whenever someone logs onto the server from the same ip address as someone else that is already on the server this happens:

As you can see this causes very bad server lag. And it happens every time.

Hmm.. This could be a cause of the homes file containing corrupt data. Could you paste your homes.yml file somewhere and link it here so I can have a look?

Posted Feb 4, 2014I can set a home and everything but when I got to delete a home it tells me, "home 'home' does not exist", or "home 'test' does not exist". Even though when I type /home it gives me Homes: home, and test.
Those are the names of the homes I choose btw not to cause any confusion.

Sadly, there isn't. I could make it permission based to where you can only see certain warps. For example, to see the warp "toast" you would have to give the player the permission "quicktools.warp.see.toast".

Posted Aug 30, 2013Great plugin, really lightweight alternative to essentials. I do have a question regarding the warp function. Is there a way to make a warp visible only to the player that set it and no one else with the permission enabled? Those that can warp can see everyone's warp listed and warp to those locations.

The latest version of QuickTools will "work" with FTB but, since the name command requires setting the custom name of an entity (which doesn't exist in 1.4.7) every time you interact with an animal, an error will occur. I would suggest using QuickTools v 1.8 but, if you don't mind an error every time someone clicks on an entity then you can use v 1.9 as well. :)

Alright, I'll work on that later today and upload it as soon as I can. I'm assuming you mean something like /tp <x> <y> <z> ?
