Proper Chat

Introducing ProperChat! This is a lightweight plugin that makes the chat of everyone (or only specified people) look great! It fixes errors with punctiation and always adds a capital letter at the beginning of each new sentence (unless it is someone's username).

• Adds a capital letter at the beginning of each sentence (unless it is someone's lowercase username)
• Adds a period at the end of sentences
• Very smart plugin (won't add a period if there's an exclamation mark, adds a capital letter after each punctuation mark, etc.)
• Suggestions?

/chat reload - Reload the plugin
/chat add [username] - Add automatic correction for a username
/chat remove [username] - Remove correction...
/chat add [groupname] - Add automatic correction for a group
/chat remove [groupname] - You get the idea
All of these are stored in the config so you can also edit them directly. Permissions overrides users defined in commands.

properchat.fix - Fixes chat of the group with this permission (default to OP only, can be changed in config)
properchat.ignore - Does not fix chat of the group with this permission (default to all, can be changed in config)
properchat.admin - Allows access to the /chat commands

Remember this plugin is in Planning phase. I still have to fix some bugs before it's stable to release to the public :)

Are you still interested in developing this?

Cool. However, there is a plugin called Forced Grammar that does exactly this. I love the idea, but a way to maybe make it superior...
    1) Fixes apostraphes
    2) If someone does 'Hey It will change it to 'Hey'.
    3) Common spelling fixes - you could create a spell base so it is like SpellCheck, except it fixes it. Common ones only, over time you could add more. Also, adding a simple thing like ^ to the beginning of a sentence stops this from fixing it.
Thanks for reading this. I hope your plugin goes well

    @acuddlyheadcrab: Go

I've looked around but found nothing. Being a perfectionist, this is the kind of thing that I really want on my server. :D

(There used to be a plugin when we had the old plugin list but it's outdated now. I decided to rewrite from scratch.)

This is kind of a cool idea! Do you know if any other plugin is designed to do this?

Is this plugin a good idea? Should I keep spending time on it?
