MVOS Plugin
MVOSPlugin is a plugin aimed at creating a plugin interface with my mod, MVOS.
MVOS stands for Minecraft Voice Over Server, which is a VOIP client for Minecraft. Currently, the client-side mod is not completed, but in a functional state, meaning users can use the plugin interface with the mod. It listens on port 6035, which will later be configurable. It should not cause a abnormal amount of lag, unless many people are talking at once. As of now, it does not do much, as I need to set in stone many functions, which I hope you, the community can help with. :)
This mod requires the port 6035 to be port-forwarded, as the client(s) connect through that port. The client will (when I'm finished) connect to server, VIA an IP address. The client will search for port 6035, and send any voice packets it's compiled while connected to the server.
Please check out the Alpha page, and read it fully, as I need a large sample size of people testing the plugin.
Here's the source code. You are not allowed to copy my code for commercial use, only view it. However, if you are making changes to the plugin via push / pull request, I fully allow changes to be made in the code.

I've actually thought about reviving it, but with the recent resurgence of people from the game I think I can use my time better elsewhere.

Posted Dec 19, 2012when port-forwarding port 6035 , sorry if this is a dumb question, but what port do you foward it to? 25565? if so, can I just tell the config to use port 25565?

Posted Aug 14, 2012Hey I'm playing some super hostile with my friend on his bukkit server I was wondering if you like make a death counter that would show how many deaths a person has and maybe a short description on how you died. If you could do that that would be great I'm not good at modding but could would it be in your limits to do it by Friday. IF YOU COULD THAT WOULD BE AWESOME.
