164 - /back issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to survival world
2.Go to nether (in survivalworld)
3.then /back out

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Basicly I tested this issue with a blaze rod. I went to the nether, threw it out then /back 'd out. and I have it in survival world but not in  survival_nether world and I used /multiinv mvimport and everything was set up correctly.

What version of the product are you using (if you say "latest" you will NOT be helped)?

Do you have an error log of what happened?

What are your world folder names (with proper capitalization)?
Survivival and Survival_Nether

I /back to survival world from survival_nether world and the original stuff from survival world is kept there.
