Commands and Permission-Nodes

Commands:

/mortar <on|off>: (De)activates the plugin.
/mortar setpower <value>: Sets the power of your mortar.
/mortar showpower: Shows you the power of your mortar.
/mortar help: Gives you a list of all commands.
/mortar reload: Reloads the config.

Permission-Nodes:

mortar.use - Allows a player to fire mortars using eggs.
mortar.* - Allows a player to (de)activate the plugin.
