Well.. What is Levers+?
Levers+ adds more features and functionality to your standard levers, such as lever protection, a lever whitelist, and MORE!
Features
Sorry, there aren't many features at the moment. I need you guys to make suggestions so that I can improve and further develop this plugin!
Current Features Include:
- Lever protection and use prevention
- Lever whitelist so you can add or remove people from using your lever
- Flip your lever with a command without flipping it on/off yourself
Commands
- Type /lever for the standard help screen
- /lever select [info] - Selects the lever that you are looking at. If you add the argument "info", you will go into Info Mode, where you can click a lever and see all the information about it if you are the owner, or if you are not, it will show the person that owns that lever.
- /lever define {name} - Defines the lever you have previously selected as the name that you specify.
- /lever remove {name} - Removes the lever of the name that you have specified.
- /lever info {name} - Displays info about the lever name you have specified.
- /lever (allow / disallow) {Player} {name} - Allows or disallows a player to use the lever of the name that you specify.
- /lever flip {name} - No matter where you are, you can manage your lever from a simple command! Once you type the command, you will be notified if it was turned on and off.
- /lever reload - Reloads the plugin and the config.
Permissions
- leversplus.general - General command usage. (Select, Define, Remove, Allow/Disallow)
- leversplus.info - Allows the use of /lever info and /lever select info.
- leversplus.flip - Allows the player to use /lever flip.
- leversplus.bypass - Permissions to bypass levers (Destroy and see all info on them).
- leversplus.reload - Allows the reloading of the plugin.
Further Explained
- If a player is an owner of the lever and they break it or the supporting block, the lever data will be removed and the lever deleted. This also goes for people with the leversplus.bypass permission.
- Yes, if you flip a lever, it will create a redstone signal. This could be cool for a super secret door or something! (Someone should totally do this!)
- Other people cannot break the lever or supporting block of a lever that is claimed unless you are the strict owner or have the permission leversplus.bypass.
- People won't be able to use the lever without being allowed by you.
- Please don't mess with the config, it is all used for data storage. (Pretty please! :) )
Known bugs
- None that I know of so far! Please let me know if you find one so that I am able to fix it right away!

Posted Jul 16, 2014Compatibility with wireless red stone plugin would be great too. I used it. am still using it. Typed /lever flip (name) and it flipped the lever, but wireless redstone didn't know, and woudln't you know it? Nothing happened.

Posted Jul 12, 2014i got a suggestion: Autooff levers that reset based on either game time or in ms so if i wanted i could tell it to turn levers off (That i set a command to) based on minecraft time, or in ms which ever. Cuz some people prefer ms I myself prefer to base it on actual time. Maybe not just in-game time, but real time... I could do /leversplus auto 6hours.... meaning the lever will stay on for 6 hours then shut off. All three of these suggestions would be fantastic!!! Cuz sometimes i hate having to think of how many MS would be in 6 hours... so adding all three of these suggestions would help many people i'm sure so if there is a preferable way they'd rather do it, then... there we go.
Both Auto-off and Auto-on would be great

I'm thinking that this could be useful for a setup where, after a set amount of time, you could have the door and trap levers reset to a default state; or as a player leaves the area, they would trigger a group of command blocks that would run a command to reset the levers.
Useful for dungeons, mazes, adventure maps, etc.
Example: I have a dungeon with a lever that will open a trap door under the player. My idea would be that you could set the default state of the lever (on or off), then (with the timer option) have the plugin check the state of the lever every so often and if it's not in its default state, switches it back. Otherwise, I'd tie a command block (with the reset command) to another switch or lever elsewhere that the player will encounter to continue that will reset the previous lever to its default state.

Am I taking this the right way? Do you want to be able to turn on the lever for a specific amount of time, then after that time, turn it off? Also, could you give me an idea of what you're thinking on the commands in your comment? What would they do?

Posted May 2, 2014Could you add a lever reset? I'd like to be able to set some levers to reset to an active/inactive state after a period of time.
Example: Place a lever, name it, switch it on or off, then /lever default, then /lever reset {time}, and/or reset with the command /lever reset {name}
