How is this plugin different from other portal plugins?
Color Portals relies on only physical items in the game, (wool, pressure plates, buttons, and signs), to create portals. Also, you do not need to run back and forth between portals setting locations as Color Portals does this automatically. And above all, there are no commands necessary so you don't have to take time away from building to type things!
Why can only ops use the portals?
In your plugins folder on your server, go into the ColorPortals folder. Within this folder, there is a file named config.yml. Open this file and change usePermissions from true to false. Then save the file and restart your server.

Posted Jul 3, 2013Hi, whenever people want to use a portal its saying they dont have permission! So i have to make them op to make them able to use it and then de-op them once theyve got to where they want to be... how can i set it up so anyone and everyone can have permission to use it? thanks

Posted Aug 18, 2013I've been using Color Portals for quite some time now, and it's been fine. Suddenly the portals have stopped working and when I try to make a new one it says "There are already 0 portals on channel 1" or something like that, even though I set it in the configs to have 1,000 as the limit. Please help! This is a massive problem on my server!
