About Versions:
If someone is using older version than 1.9.4 and he want this plugin, i would be able to upload it for him and people who want it in the current version they are using.

It's a plugin based on army structures and each update i will updating a new structure. For example if someone is using a plugin based on weapons and survival like zombie type (h1z1,twd,left 4 dead ...etc) his players might want to create structures like tents etc. And the new features are packages from the sky falling down in areas, airplanes, moto bikes etc.
