XFly
XFly is a simple plugin that provides commands to enable and disable flying. Each command has its own permission which defaults to op. Unlike other plugins I have seen, this plugin DOES NOT make the player completely invincible while flying is enabled. When flying is enabled, the player is immune to damage caused by falling, but other forms of damage (attack from monster, fire, explosion, etc.) are still applicable.
Commands
- fly
- Enables flying for the player.
Usage:
fly
- fly-stop
- Disables flying for the player.
Usage:
fly-stop
Permissions
- XFlyPlugin.fly
- Permits the player to use the
flycommand. - XFlyPlugin.fly-stop
- Permits the player to use the
fly-stopcommand. - XFlyPlugin.*
- Includes all of the XFly permissions.

I like the idea of changing this to a single command. I will look into making this change in the next version.
I'm also interested in the PVP suggestion from you and @levisn1. I don't play PVP so I'm not sure what would be preferred. Would you simply want to prevent a player from being able to use arrows or potions while they are flying? Should there be any other restrictions? I'm assuming this is because flying gives the play an unfair advantage over other non-flying players. I'm not sure how to do this off the top of my head, but I will definitely look into it if you can elaborate a little more. Thanks!

I like that comment... my users with fly permision, take advantege of the normal /FLY command and if u add that suggested by levisn1 i m sure i would switch to this plugin.
In the other hand would be more easy just one command like XFLY ON and XFLY OFF, or just XFLY with toggle state.
