Warps is a very basic /setwarp and /warp plugin that has multiworld teleportation support.
Allow users to go to any setwarp by using a single command and allows Admins/Ops to create warps with setwarp.
As of this point, there is no way to remove a setwarp. But you are able to over-write it: Setting a new warp with the same name.
There are really basic permissions:
Permission - Command - Default
- warps.set - /setwarp <warpname> - Op
- warps.tp - /warp <warpname> - True
I might add /removewarp, but it depends how much time I have.

I recommend using HomeSpawnPlus for it. It is updated to the latest version of Craftbukkit and supports multiworld homes and multiple homes and global homes, blabla. Good luck! ;-)
