UnderWaterTNT with cannons

The basic idea what it does:

It makes you able to blow up TNT underwater or underlava, and make the explosion actually do damage.
However so, it is disabled in the config for a special block ID you can specify from the bottem. Not from the sides
if the TNT hits it.

This way TNT cannons can still work!

Have you ever seen a Torpedo not do damage underwater? have you ever seen a bomb not do damage to a vulcano? What's up Minecraft? Just make TNT cannons work and the rest should be unprotected.
Enough said.

Now included in version 3.0 of ObsidianDestroyer.

It has to be enabled in the configuration file:

# Enables a bypass to allow explosions to destroy blocks from within liquids. Explosions: BypassAllFluidProtection: true TNTCannonsProtected: true
