tntDispenser
This plugin makes dispensers place tnt in front of them, instead of the regular behavior of dropping it.
It is meant for creative worlds, so the tnt will be duplicated instead of moved. The dispenser will thus never run out of tnt.
Configuration
world: enabled: true world_nether: enabled: false
Unconfigured worlds will default to false.

It won't. I have stopped playing Minecraft quite some time ago, so I won't be updating this plugin anymore. However, MrBluebear3 has approached me yesterday, as he will be integrating this into a plugin he is making.
This plugin has not been updated since quite some time, even before the changes in the events API. I was still playing Minecraft back then, but I didn't update this plugin because I honestly didn't believe I had any users :P
