Permissions

- srvinfo.srvrinfo: Allow to use /srvinfo command
- srvinfo.ts3: Allow to use /ts3 command
- srvinfo.webpage: Allow to use /webpage command
- srvinfo.facebook: Allow to use /facebook command
- srvinfo.youtube: Allow to use /youtube command
- srvinfo.owner: Allow to use /owner command
- srvinfo.admin: Allow to use /admin command
- srvinfo.moderator: Allow to use /moderator command
- srvinfo.helper: Allow to use /helper command
