Introduction
SimpleRegionMarket is the most comprehensive Region Market plugin available. It allows users to buy/sell, rent, lease, and auction WorldGuard regions. Putting your pre-configured WorldGuard regions on the market is as simple as creating a sign. Players can simply click on a sign and are automatically granted WorldGuard region owner or member status. Financial transactions are managed through the Vault enabled economy plugin of your choice.
Installation

Note about Minecraft Updates
Since 1.4.5-R1.0 plugins that access CraftBukkit internals might break by default with new Minecraft updates. Make sure that the version of SRM you install is compatible with the version of CrafBukkit you use. Never do updates in a production environment. Test all updates in a development server before you go live with your updates!
Stay Updated
You can get instant email notification any time SRM is updated, a Ticket is created or commented on, and even when general comments are made.

SimpleRegionMarket thrives on community contribution. If you are a capable java coder and would like to contribute to the project, you are encouraged to head over to github and fork the project. Submit your Pull Requests to make SimpleRegionMarket even better!

You obviously didn't read where i put, you have to delete your region folder inside the simpleregionmarket folder. 3.5.0 regions do not work with older saves.

Please check following things: Be sure that you have the latest Version of Vault installed. Check the Default_Economy_Account in your Simple Region Market Config. If its your Account where the Money goes to its an argy-bargy.
And for the Future please use our Ticketsystem. Its much easier for us to help you there.

I had to look into the source, but its still what I made in teh old days ^^
Type in the line for the account "none" (without the annotations, ofc). Does not matter if uppercase or not.

alexmarkey May 19, 2013 at 04:42 UTC - 0 likesWell i am quite confused how the renting system works then. What if i am simply wanting the money to be taken off the player and go to no-one? (Its a server set up rent region, not a players region) How would i do this?
Also, is there a way to set the max amount of regions a player can have rented?
