Griefers often use lava to grief with because it flows everywhere.
Some logging plugins don't even log the flowing of lava.
SafeBucket stops people from doing this by placing stationary lava.

- safebucket.lava.flow: Allows players to place flowing lava with a bucket. (Fallback is OP)
