Great news after I get some sleep today I will look at it straight away. Soon as I get into Beta I will try to get my stuff into a Git repository as well...
Thanks a lot Bro!
@Macore
The repository is up now!

@JsprLunds
Hehe, as you wish Bro, I dont get to the point of making it look pretty until all the features are in and working 100%. I am not scared, lol.
But thanks it would be useful to see in any stage.
Thanks a Lot!
@Wedhro
Yeah, took some time because I had exams. The plugin checks if the block you died in is either below y=0 or has the block id of lava, so there might be more special cases where you don't want it to return you, so yeah, just let me know.
@Macore
Yeah, it's actually empty, because I didn't think there would be interest, but I'll upload it soon. Maybe I'll just clean it up a bit before. It's not really pretty.
@JsprLunds
You did it! It looks like it works great, I'll let you know if something goes wrong. Thanks!
Hello,
I am attempting to write my first plugin. I call it Traveler and the idea is to be able to Label the world location you are at in a list. Issuing a subsequent command could Teleport you back to any Label in your list. I have been using your Returner and like it very much. It occurs to me that much of the work required for my plugin is likely similar to the work you have already done. So being a Git noob, I tried to clone the repository you listed for Returner so I could peek at the code. Git says I am attempting to clone an empty repository?? Is yours actually empty?? Is there some way I could look at your work and guarantee you in some fashion I am not wanting to Rip-Off your work? Thanks, Macore
@JsprLunds Thanks alot for recompiling. We made a short questline on our server (www.geistlande.de) where users can acquire the return command as final reward (via commandblock).
@Wedhro
Challenge accepted! I'll see what I can do.
Hi, I was searching for a plugin that makes you respawn in the same place where you died automatically, and Returner is the only one that goes close enough. Would you mind to add a config option to make people always respawn where they died without typing a command? Of course it would need some limitations i.e. not automatic if player died in lava, fell into the void, drowned etc.
@kaahne72
Well.. Turns out it wasn't as difficult as i assumed. I have uploaded a new version that should work on servers running Java 6.
@kaahne72
Hi. I think the problem might be that your server is running Java 6, and this plugin is compiled with Java 7.
Sadly, I can't compile a Java 6-version of the plugin at the moment, so I would suggest that you update the java installation on your server. Java 7 is backwards compatible so there is really nothing to lose ;)
I hope this fixes your problem
Hi. I really would like to use a lightweight plugin with this capability on my server, but I'm getting the following error
@holo89
Thanks for the feedback!
I actually created this plugin because I wanted it to do exactly what I wanted it to do, but it's great to hear suggestions to what might make it more useful. :)
Hi JsprLunds, I know there is so much plugins out there and you might just don't know all of them.
the /back command from Essential plugin do teleport you from your last teleported point, which is where you died, or just from where teleported yourself on purpose.
maybe your plugin is making it only from your death point, and that is the main difference from /back. Or also maybe it is lightweight compare to essential plugin, when you just want to teleport back to you point of death.
I think it would be a good idea to tell it's adventages in the description.
also I have a suggestion to make it even more different. Giving an option to get an initial kit when doing a /return, configurable in the config.yml or something like that. I always find myself doing a /back without anything on myself because i don't have time to loose before my stuff dispawn, and i find myself nude against what just killed me with my full armor/weapons, which is usually getting rid of me in few hits... :-(
if I had a wooden sword with a leather chest let say... that would have helped me getting my stuff back safer. Maybe the kit could last x second after you spawn or until you get the first item from floor?
i hope it is constructive comment for you.
regards, holo
