Make Ops names blue in chat and mute spamming players, full colour support, health bar, tags, world and spout support

can you add support for chat strings?
for example string: +fac +g +pn: +message
would show the Faction Group playername and message.
If faction or groupmanager servers used this which is most common for spout, please add the support so we can customise the chat output!
however, great plugin!

blue OP names afk status and gamemode name coloring?
I don't really need any thing else, and I think it would conflict with other plugins' commands that I use currently.
