MobRain - Bukkit

MobRain - Rain mobs from the sky on the unsuspecting members of your server...
Version: v2.3.1 (SOURCE | SUGGESTION/BUG)

Oh my god!
It's raining cats and dogs... and giants!

Features:

Rain different types of mobs on someone's head.
Torture your server players with raining ocelots.
Kill all mobs/dropped items with simple commands.
Permissions!

Commands and permissions:
All commands starting with /mr can also start with /mobrain
All server commands should be executed as shown WITHOUT [], (), or <>
[ ] = Required
( ) = Optional
<> = Allias

/mr stop - mobrain.stop - Stop all current storms.
/mr [amount] [mob] (radius) (player) -mobrain.rain - Rain mobs from the sky.
/killmobs [radius] - mobrain.butcher - Kill mobs within a certain radius.
/drops [radius] - mobrain.drops - Delete mob drops within a certain radius.

ToDo:

~~Permission Support.~~ v2.1
~~Multiple Storms at once.~~ v2.0
~~Command to make targeted player not the person who does the command~~ v2.0
~~No drops and all survive on impact.~~ v2.0
I am open to suggestions on this plugin! Leave them below!

Config:
Load up this plugin and it will create a config file with any values you can change.

Cause you are probably on 1.4.2 or 1.4.5 release. It is for 1.2.5 :/

My server says it has zero plugins... but I've put in mobrain.jar! Help!

Hi ! Funny plugin, but, it's doesnt' work for me =/ I'm OP, I have all the permissions, and the mob spawning is allowed.
