Summary

Mineteller is a voting plugin that can give players more then what is defined in a Listener.
It is used specifically with MinecraftCasino.com to give items, money, abilities, xp, ect.
This site will mainly be used for gambling players in game money away for big prizes in
game, as well as exposure to more players with a unique and fun environment.
All variables can be determined on the site for the output of the players, as well as
more enhanced features.

Function

Mineteller has a master listener that will listener for more values, giving the ability to
define customization of the output. The master vote listener will listen for these variables
VOTE serviceName username address timeStamp itemCode cVar
The use of the commands enable the site to send different items, commands,
and such from the site.

Support

Currently this is a base system, however everyone is welcome to use this plugin for
they're use. Currently MinecraftCasino.com will be using the plugin to allow players to receive
different prizes and such with there in game money.

Security

Considering this is Based on Votifier. Each packet is 2048-bit RSA Encrypted. And uses the same setup as Votifer in generating a public and private key.
