there has been lots of teleportation/warp plugins around bukkit.org forum, and some of them already up to date for bukkit 1.5.1 r0.1 beta release.
so, actually i hope the spawn plugin authers do no continue creating TP or Warp plugin with "spawn xxxx" name or "xxxx spawn", do some real spawn-point-control work, that would be gateful.

e.g. modern bukkit 1.5.1 server spawn plugin, most of them, they all cannot control the default spawn point for new comers into an online server. it cannot change the default appearing position of a new player to the server, especially a position in world_nether or world_the_end.

and a lot of modern spawn plugin, they bring the "spawn" name with them, but actually, they cannot control player death-respawn point, or changing the respawn point to world_nether or world_the_end.

i thought um, to make a veritable spawnpoint control plugin(controlling default player spawnpoint, and death-respawn point, overriding the default bukkit server spawnpoint),
that is much much better than making an non-worthy-of-the-name "spawn" plugin, and a warp/teleportation plugin, but a server-default-spawnpoint-control plugin.

You shouldn't. Keep it light and clean.
