Yes it should be compatible with the latest version of bukkit. It is a stable version so if you're having any problems please use pastebin.com and give me the error you are receiving.

Are you adding the correct permissions? simplespawn.spawn || Make sure you set the spawn /setspawn. This is simplespawn.setspawn

Well, what ill have to do in this case is add the command "/spawn" 's priority the highest. Hopefully this will get ride of the internal error.
I think this is the problem, and multicore is not the issue but i will address it immediately.
