MCMA allows you to configure permissions (As well as mchat coloring) using a nice and intuitive GUI. Makes server operation just that much easier.

Odds are that MCMA just has to be updated to support the new way that mchat works, though this is just me guessing.

The other files are just extras. By Default you only need MChat.jar + Vault
