v1.11 - Small Bug Fix:
- Appliances that are set to have infinite uses in the config now properly register

- When a player puts '-1' as a value in the config for the amount of uses for an appliance, it will still count the usage and become broken.

- Pistons can push appliances such as crafting tables, which resets their amount of uses.
- Explosions from sources like TNT and creepers can destroy the appliance, and if another appliance is set on the destroyed appliance's location, it will retain the same amount of uses.
- /po infinite for infinite usage placement of appliances does not work.
