PlayerInfo
PlayerInfo is a great tool for any server. This plugin allows for admins and moderators to access a player's details with ease. PlayerInfo will Show you the following:
- Player's Health
- Food Level
- Level
- Game mode
- IP Address
- What They Are Holding
- Location
- Op status
- Can Fly
- If They Have Played Before
- If They Are White Listed
Commands:
/pinfo <player>

pinfo.use - Defaults to OP Only

In Bukkit, you can set a player's client time, so it differs between regular server time. I doubt you have probably changed someones time, and its just in milliseconds or something similar I believe.

Either does mine, Mine only requires Vault if you wish to see player Permission group or Balance, Both of which can be disabled.

All information plugins will do just about the same thing. This plugin doesn't require vault or any other heavy plugins to run.
