KillsPay

Description

PVP and mob kills can now earn you money. Just setup the amount in the config file. Use the permission - killspay.use to allow payment for players killing players and for players killing mobs.

For this plugin to work you need to have Vault installed

Installation

place killspay2.jar in your plugins folder
Start your server
Setup the config file (not needed, it works out of the box)
Setup permission killspay.use / killspay.setbounty
Go kill and get paid =)

KillsPay

Players must have the killspay.use permission to be able to get paid. The names of the mobs in the config file must match the names as they are descibed here and match the world names in the config file to your world names.

Bounty

Players must have the killspay.use permission to be able to collect a bounty, and the killspay.setbounty permission to be able to set bounties.

Commands

/bounty - Shows the bounty on you
/bounty <playername> - Shows the bounrty on another player
/setbounty <playername> <amount> - Sets a bounty on a player

NOTE THAT THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH THE OLD CONFIG FILE If you are updating, please remake the config file!

I think I may have found a problem. If players set a bounty thats more money than they have in their balance, it still sets the bounty and doesn't take any money away from them. Also, the permission aren't working?

Great plugin!

the config doesnt always load at server startup?

any idea why?

We also had the "player null" issue but it works randomly...

Also with bounty - when you make a update. The thing my players seam to love is when they collect a bounty they get the players head. It would be something to keep in mind for a update. Also whats with the player null? link below.

Version 2.0.2 or so it says on the download page. its the most recient build and i get this error in 1.7.2 when i use any command like /bounty something or /bounty ? etc etc.

Ok i dont feel i need to test this but i have a bounty plugin right now and i know the /bounty command is going to conflict with it. Would you please make a perm for this or add the ability for the player you kill with a bounty to drop there head. (like my current bounty plugin)

If its to hard to add heads please make a way to set bounty to false so that some of us can use your plug for its simple feature's

When you set a Bounty as a Player you can't increase/decrease after you make the bounty. If it was meant to be like this then is it possible to atleast make it so you can increase the bounty. Thanks

You need a donate button! An could i/we get a perm for bounty just in case we dont want to use the new feature or only give it to certain ranks etc?

@zachrywilsn We tested it and it works but because there is not a stable build yet for 1.7.2 we do not wan to "officially" realese it for 1.7.2

Awesome! I can see msg's again. About the bounty. Is there a way for player to not set bountys on certian ranks etc like say ops? An do you pay to take a bounty or just get the cash. Also is it set for 1st person who kills the player with the bounty gets the cash or what?

Another thing to add maybe is a way to turn bounty off. The reason i ask for that option is i have a bounty plugin already. An if your's isnt to my players liking i would like to keep mine and just set yours to off.

The bounty errror you're getting is an issue where it cant find a player, if you want to set a bounty use /setbounty <player> <amount>. The error occured because you tried to find a bounty on player "set" wich doesnt exist. I will fix this is upcoming releases, thanks for posting the error :)

I found i made a slight mistake, change the config file to

KillsPay: defaults: showpaymessage: true

killmessages should show up again.

Made new config added new perm. all seams to work but i dont see the kill messages at all. Any ideas?
