338 - Internationalization Support
Proper internationalization (i18n) support should be implemented for all commands and end-user text. Some of it can be found in messageConfig.yml but most of it has been deprecated with the new command system.
There should be a better, more automatic way of handling this, and stock language messages should be provided for common languages.
