How should it look and feel?
Well, this is a very vague concept as well as a big one... but here goes. I think it would be amazing to have a Factions integration, where the leader of a faction could create jobs, and then assign the jobs to members of his faction. This would make really good use of the jobs promotion commands, however this would be a very difficult addition (but I don't know anything about Java, lol).

Please provide any additional information below.

Again, a vague suggestion. Just an idea.
Wed, 16 May 2012 04:15:17 +0000 http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/jobs/tickets/240-jobs-factions-integration/ http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/jobs/tickets/240-jobs-factions-integration/ no-reply@curseforge.com (PorpoiseBrock) Invalid player kill entity http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/jobs/tickets/239-invalid-player-kill-entity/
Not sure what this is or how to fix it:

2012-05-15 18:53:22 [SEVERE] [Jobs] Job Woodcutter has an invalid Player Kill entity type property. When I shift-click to craft multiple items, I only get credit for one craft

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

for instance, if I make 5 diamond swords by shift clicking I get 4 dollars
If I make 5 diamond swords by right clicking the swords and making them one at a time, I get 20 dollars

What version of the product are you using?

2.7.0
bukkit 2034

Do you have an error log of what happened?

doesnt appear to make an error

2nd issue

I am not sure about the intention of the plugin regarding experience. Is it supposed to give game experience like the plugin ExpMiner? It is not giving any game experience. It just levels up the plugin levels, not the game levels (sorry if this is confusing)

My players are getting messages saying "you have reached level 10 Woodcutter" but they are not getting the type of exp that can be used on enchantments. There doesn't seem to be any difference between being a level 1 Farmer and a level 100 Farmer.

Just as a small suggestion for a future release, can you add a penalty for switching jobs? For instance the player could be charged 500 dollars or 5 diamonds or 100 experience or whatever to switch jobs.

Please provide any additional information below.

Thanks again for keeping this going, it is much appreciated :) :)
Please let me know if I can provide any further info
Thu, 15 Mar 2012 09:23:18 +0000 http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/jobs/tickets/138-shift-clicks-not-registering-with-crafting/ http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/jobs/tickets/138-shift-clicks-not-registering-with-crafting/ no-reply@curseforge.com (pookshuman) Signs instead of Commands http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/jobs/tickets/133-signs-instead-of-commands/
hy,

is it possible to get an option to use signs instead of commands? so that e.g. only admins can set signs with this lines:
Line 1: [Jobs]
Line 2: <Job-Name> (e.g. Hunter
Line 3: <Join / Leave>
Line 4:

So it is a "better" feeling because no one can change the jobs "on the fly", they should go back to a city and change there job there.

i hope you understand what i mean.

greetings
bootscreen
Wed, 07 Mar 2012 16:32:09 +0000 http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/jobs/tickets/133-signs-instead-of-commands/ http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/jobs/tickets/133-signs-instead-of-commands/ no-reply@curseforge.com (bootscreen88) A change in negative amounts format http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/jobs/tickets/123-a-change-in-negative-amounts-format/
Hi,

I had players get confused with the negative income and exp after digging 50k worth of dirt and placing a bunch of it as a giant dirt skyscraper. They were confused by the listing of /jobs info digger and didn't realize they would get negative income, eventhough it says it there.

So I want to suggest to change the output of /jobs info [jobname] for when amounts are negative.

For example now it displays:

dirt - -2 income, -2 exp

To make it easier to read so people don't place 1000 dirt blocks and ask for their money back it could say:

dirt: -2 income, -2 exp
or
dirt: costs 2 income, costs 2 exp

Perhaps it could also somehow mention to leave the job before placing blocks if there are negative amounts when they sign up for the job or something like that.
