Skate
Hi! I am beginner in java programming and this is my first plugin to my server for an event.
With this plugin you can create a skate-ring. A player will move faster (or slower) on a custom block when he/she wearing custom block on legs. Fully configurable.
Commands:
- /is reload
Permissions:
- iceskate.skate | description: Allow skate on ice

How is this not a good plugin? I actually feel that it's QUITE original. Secondly, I don't see you messing around with Java. Believe it or not, teaching yourself how to program is no easy task. So honestly, if you have no expert testimonial, don't criticize other people's work, you just make yourself look like an ass.

Cool plugin! Might I suggest adding another config boolean to enable it on all blocks. Fairly simple. Keep up the good work.
