83 - Wont load the plugin.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I install the plugin - GunsPlus.jar and when I run my server the guns do not show up. I check my plugins folder and it never creates the folder with configuration files ect. I installed Spoutplugin and spoutcraft. I have other Spout plugins installed such as stained glass, and they appear as flint, and when placed they turn into normal glass.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see guns in my game and the plugin folder installed with configuration files.

What version of the product are you using?
The most recent download.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No, nothing shows up at all.

    I think then u are using outdated Spoutcraft or SpoutPlugin builds or even an very old CB build.
