FlatlandsBuilder Version 0.7.0-R2.0 Beta

• Fixed the bug with the blocks array properly, plugin now checks if there is too many options that have been entered and uses only the first 4 variables.
• Added the ability to only configure the height while still using plugin defaults for Block ID's.
