Emergency
About
This plugin gives players the possibility to send a emergency message to all authorized players (See Permissions). If any player types '/hlp <reason>' all OPs see a emergency message. The 'mission' will be saved in a temporary list.
This list can be accessed about the '/em' command (See Usage). This command can be configured with permissions. Use the emergency.receive permission for users, which should see the emergency call.
Usage
- /hlp <reason>
- Sends a emergency message to all authorized players
- /em <done|tp|list|clear|info>
- done <mission_id> - Marks a mission as done ("/em done 1")
- list - Displays a list of all missions
- clear - Removes all missions from list
- info - Displays info about the plugin
- tp <mission_number> - Teleports you direct to a mission. The mission will be marked as supported, if anyone has teleported to this mission using this command.
Permissions
- emergency.hlp - emergency.tp - emergency.em - emergency.receive - emergency.list
For Admins and Mods you can use emergency.*

Posted Jun 8, 2014great idea! I plan on using this as a todo list for staff on a server that I manage, as it fit perfectly. An idea I have, though, is setting access levels to missions, and have emergency.receive.level.(however many levels the user would need/want). that way the missions would get separated between staff ranks and not a free for all. If it this feature does get implemented, I even plan on doing some automation with myCommand and searching for keywords to assign the proper staff the correct missions. :) I understand you are in the process of rewriting it as well, so no rush. Again, thanks for the amazing plugin. :D

Edit: Fix is done, but not really tested (haven't enought time), the file is currently awaiting approval.

Posted Jun 3, 2014hey there. i was just trying to use your plugin today and when I was trying to use the /tpem command even if i typed the mission number (like /tpem 1) it would always just say in chat /tpem <mission_number> if you could fix this it would be very much appreciated. thanks :)

Sounds interesting ... I think I will rewrite the plugin completly, because the code is about 2 years old and ... not really beautiful :P And there aren't thousands lines of code, so I think it would be better to rewrite than to force to extend it (Sorry for my creepy english)

Posted May 18, 2014One feature I would love to have added is the ability for someone who is needing help to be able to request a certain "Admin" help them. Like if a player has a favorite Admin they can request to get help from that Admin.

1. Possibility to change greeting message. At the moment not correct, because it tell you only to typ /hlp and not /hlp reason. 2. Show help for emergancy if only /hlp is typed.

Posted Jan 9, 2012@Morphesus Well I was just thinking of something like a support desk software where you can assign tickets to certain departments, or individuals who can then process them.
Maybe you could add other features from support desk/bug tracking software such as priorities, categories, or comments or things like that.

Is it possible to use emergency.em.done separate from list, clear, or info? Or do they all get lumped into the same permissions?
Also had an idea that maybe it would be possible to assign tasks to certain groups, or certain users. And then those people can see the item and that they are assigned to it and can accept it and mark it as complete. That would maybe be separate from the emergency.done permission because it would make sense they could mark things done which are assigned to them. But maybe they wouldn't be allowed to clear it still if they didn't have that permission? Or maybe that could be optional...
Maybe they would also get notifications when they have items assigned to them.
Figured I would just send you the idea and see if it helps out =)
