Commands
- /ecotp <player> - Teleports player to another player using currency.

- /ecotp bal - Shows the player's current balance.
- /ecotp price - Shows the price of the teleport.
- /ecotp setprice <price> - Command to easily set the price of the teleport in the config.
- /ecotp reload - Reload the configuration.
