I currently try (with another plugin) that but i have insufficient time.
You cannot be crazier than Crazy.
Try and fail.

Maluzis Nov 06, 2012 at 11:26 UTC - 0 likesMaybe you could add some command such as: /day, /night for time control? ;)

Oh sorry for that, i haven't read the entire post because i was in a hurry.
Day/night is no real weather, so i guess i will add a new plugin for that.
This will take some days because i currently test the new version of CrazyCore and CrazyLogin.

What I had in mind was to have no night/day cycle (static day)
/weather weather:day/night ...static:true

I forgot to add it to the commands.
Use /weather thunder instead

Also, OPs have the permission to do it by default, right?
I guess no. You have to enable that in CrazyWeather.jar/plugin.yml
crazyweather.thunder.tool: description: Allow casting thunderstrikes with tool default: op <---This has been a savety thing while it was impossible to disable thundertool.
I will fix that with the new release.
