Nope, a bit more... Not tired enough.
- if (dir.exists()) function successfully checks if a LogStore directory already exists.
- - true = "LogStore folder already exists!" Does not create a new directory
- - false = "LogStore folder created!" Creates a new directory

Build #5 1.05
- dir.mkdir() function creates a new folder in the Server root
- added ".../plugins" to function
SUCCESS!
Plugin now creates an empty folder on enable!
That's enough for a hard day's work.
