ChatColors
ChatColors
Features
ChatColors parses all color passed through player chat, so that when you type &a&oHey, that Hey comes out green and italicized. It includes a color reference "/colors" and a feature to rainbowize messages. Pretty sweet huh?
Commands
- /rb <message> - Rainbowize your chat message
- /colors - View all the chat colors and their codes.
- /colours - View all the chat colors and their codes.
Permissions
- chatcolors.* - All commands
- chatcolors.format - Format text in chat messages
- chatcolors.colors - View the /colors menu
- chatcolors.rainbow - Use the /rb rainbow command
Still going strong :)
Thanks!
Noice.
Have used for a long time, and has always worked.
The &k code is not working for a staff member of mine, even though I added the chatcolors.* and chatcolors.format permissions to his group. I can use the code fine.
Still seems to be working fine here.
Will analyze code and release an update if need be.
@Keydon
It isn't called CHATcolors for nothing...
Dose this work for signs?
:lol:
:/ :) :D :(
I AM GOING TO DOWNLOAD IT
OK ===
As mythbusters844 said below, sometimes when one of my players does /rb (chat) the server spams "Read timed out" over time and then crashes.
One of my players did /rb and the server suddenly crashed with no warning whatsoever...
is there some plugin like i can write &a and then comes green?
whaaaa
== ITS WORK SO GOOD ==
Great Plugin!
But it doesn't seem to work for me. I am OP as it is my server, the plugin IS installed, I can use commands from the console and all my permissions are setup, but in-game I cannot use any commands like /rb or /colors which is weird, and I also cannot use the color codes to chat.
Please help.
@PwnagePasty
Probably not, the best why is to just use the &'s so you won't have to keep reset it everytime you wanna do a different color.
Is there a way to set the colour? So you dont have to do &c every time?
Works fine for me on 1.4.6, so it must be a plugin conflict :(
It's not working on my server after updating faction, automessage and simple prefix. I guess they are conflicting. /rb returns alot of &4 &5&1&8 stuff, but no colors.
Doesn't work on 1.4.5 off. beta build
@IM2coolCoD
how do u use it?
