Charcoal Chance

A simple plugin requested via MinecraftSuggestions.
Permissions
There are no permissions, I do not see any need or requirement for them.
Configuration
Charcoal-Chance: Chance when an item burns for a piece of charcoal to be spawned. Default 20. Number between 1 and 100.
Explanation
When blocks of these types burn, they have a 20%(default) chance to create a charcoal item.
- Logs
- Planks
- Fences
- Bookshelves
NOTE
The charcoal may spawn inside of a new fire, be careful!
Requirements
- Java 1.7 or newer.
- Bukkit 1.5.2 or newer.
- Plugins that do not conflict. (list yet to be built, working as issues arise)
