Fork of MagnaIpsum updated for this century (1.2.5-R2.0).

Notes:
I have modified this so that it does not reload you server. Reloading is not recommended. Anyone using spout, ore obfuscation, etc can have world damage or a hundred other consequences. I recommend you combine this with another plugin, like this one for actually loading the plugin. This thing I uploaded is more for searching and downloading in-game as an alternative to wget and console access (Can't trust staff with the keys to the kingdom yaknow?). Perhaps I could combine these together sometime for an all-inclusive replacement.

Since the URL for where this would normally fetch "aPluginatorPlugins.txt" is gone, I have removed that too. It still functions.

Commands:
Express:
/bsearch plugin <name> - searches for a plugin by name
/binstall name - install a plugin by name

Done. Additional commands:

/binstall plugin <url>- installs plugin by the weburl (Not tested, wasn't sure how anyway)
/bupdate - updates all plugins installed by BukkitDLPlugin
/buninstall plugin <name> - uninstalls a plugin by the weburl
/bctrlz plugin <name> - restores a backup of a plugin (backups are made when you uninstall or update a plugin)

bukkitdlplugin.admin or ops

I'll get the source up on github sometime soon in case anyone wants to help re-add the loading phase of the install. Just give me a few days/weeks as this takes me a long time to setup in my old age ( 27 today!). Heck, getting eclipse last month was a three hour journey for me. Not my daily territory that is for sure.
