Under the bracket file in the plugin, there is an option labled "onlinemode: false". This setting checks whether the user is online. Simply change it to "true" and it will only pay people for the time they are online.

There is no conversion right now. Sadly...
the only option i could give you is to try and export the database entry for their wallet amount and then manually input that into the accounts file. We are working on a converter but this will take some serious time.
