24 - Withers not completely nerfed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set /acb wither damageblocks false
2. Spawn a Wither where it will have to 'eat' through blocks to reach a player

Please attach your config.yml file. Do the names listed under nerfed_worlds exactly match your server's world names?

World names match; other nerfing is working properly.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The Wither should be unable to destroy blocks. Its initial explosion doesn't, but it can still 'eat' through blocks.

What versions of AntiCreeper and of Bukkit are you using?

AntiCreeper 4.2, CraftBukkit 1.4.5-R0.2

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No errors are reported.

    Working on it. I'm now able to avoid them destroying blocks, but they still "pass through" walls. I think this is sufficient as a block protection mechanism, but doesn't keep the wither away. That's not what you were expecting, is it?
