Zombie Apocalypse v1.5.0

You will need to delete your config.yml and let the plugin recreate it and then reconfigure it, lots of new stuff was added.

  • Added custom rewards! You can now configure all your rewards, with custom items, chances, and quantities, and you can have any number of possible rewards. The defaults have also been changed.
  • Added configuration for the percentage of zombies spawned that need to be killed, also changed the default from 75% to 50%.
  • Simplified configuration for the chance of an Apocalypse.
  • Added configuration for messages in the server console.
  • Improved the code a lot to make it easier to add features in the future, and less processing so it's also faster and smaller.
  • Even though this version is for 1.7.2 it works with MC 1.7.4 on a 1.7.2 Craftbukkit dev build server.

With this version you must delete your config.yml file and let the plugin remake it then reconfigure it!

  • Added configuration for chance per night for a zombie apocalypse.
  • Added configuration for two chat messages (8:00PM warning and when the apocalypse didn't happen).
  • Added configuration for a hard limit. If the configured zombies per player would spawn more than the hard limit it will divide the hard limit between each player and use that instead. Setting this to something less than one will disable the hard limit and zombies will spawn like normal.
  • Updated to work with Minecraft 1.5.2.

Zombie Apocalypse v1.4.0

  • Added the ability to configure the default number of zombies spawned.
  • Rewards are determined per person instead of giving the same reward to everyone.
  • Zombie kills will only count if they are in the configured world.
  • Messages will only be sent to players in the configured world that were there at the beginning of the apocalypse.
  • Only players that are there at the start of the apocalypse will receive a reward.
  • Manually starting the apocalypse will only change the time to 9PM if there are people available to play.
  • Now works with 1.5.1.

  • Added /za kills command which shows kills/goal for the current apocalypse.
  • Added /za start <integer> which manually starts the apocalypse with the specified number of zombies per player.
  • Successful commands no longer echo /za after anything that's displayed.

  • Changed the chat colors of some ZombieApocalypse broadcasts and messages.

  • The apocalypse won't start if nobody is in the selected world, previously it would only not start if nobody was online.
  • You can no longer sleep past the check in the morning. If you sleep through the night without killing enough zombies you will automatically fail once you awake.

  • At 8:00 P.M. there is now a warning that the zombie apocalypse could happen soon.
