What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Currently, anyone with the permission to see queued generations will be spammed by them when they are logged on.

Please provide any additional information below.
I propose two changes.

1.  If the generation is set to only generate when the server is empty, that the mod will NOT send any system message spam to online users (as it's not actually DOING anything).  Perhaps a single status update when they log on, but nothing further.  Something like, "User logged on, generation paused at x%."
2.  That there be a 'silent' option, so that the creator of the generation can force the generation to be console-only.  Associated with this should be a permission to use this feature.

I'll look into cleaning up the way generation spam works this weekend.
