Bukkit

- Multiple languages support added (french and english for now)
- Added a bunch of options in the config.yml
      - Allows to change almost every block/item ID used in that plugin
      - You can now change the amount of xp required to make a bottle
      - You can also change the amount of xp released from a thrown bottle
- Added a new command/permission to change the language of the plugin for the whole server (default set to op)

Critic bug that causes the plugin not to exec well, fixed in 1.2.1 version (waiting for Bukkit approval)
